Sun Style Tai Chi is a gentle form of Tai Chi that is easy to learn. Part Two is a stand-alone set, and no previous experience with Tai Chi or the Sun Style is required for this class. However, a review of Part One will be offered each week following the practice of Part Two. There is no charge for this class as it is offered through the Loudoun County Public Library System, Registration is not required.
